The formidable Sassy J makes her long awaited return this summer, bringing her contagious energy and special brand of dance floor warmth. Hailing from Switzerland, the multidisciplinary artist is a gifted DJ and a master of the sonic collage; finding inspiration in all corners of her life. She’s shared stages with legends such as Larry Heard, Theo Parrish, Leroy Burgess, Johnny Osbourne, Nai Palm, Dego, Georgia Anne Muldrow, Steve Spacek, MF Doom, to name a few.This new year marks the 20th birthday of Sassy’s brainchild party, Patchwork - and to celebrate, you’ll also have a moment to get up close with the sparkly lady herself, as we present an in-conversation and exhibition at High Note.We look forward to cutting shapes with you on the dance floor at one of the dates across this special run of shows in Australia, Seoul and Hong Kong.
